Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Create and maintain financial models to support various business initiatives.
- Help prepare presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance and operational metrics.
- Assist in the development of financial strategies and business plans.
- Support ad-hoc analysis and special projects as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate financial data.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a financial analyst role or a similar capacity (internship experience is acceptable).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience with financial modeling tools and software is a plus.
- Basic understanding of financial statements and financial reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Experience with financial planning and analysis (FP&A) in a financial services environment.
