Key Responsibilities
- Market Analysis: Conduct research and analyze market trends, payer landscapes, and reimbursement environments to support market access strategies.
- Data Management: Collect, organize, and interpret data related to market access and reimbursement processes. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings effectively.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including Commercial, Medical Affairs, and Regulatory, to ensure alignment and support for market access strategies.
- Competitive Intelligence: Monitor and evaluate competitor activities and market dynamics to identify opportunities and threats.
- Regulatory Compliance: Assist in ensuring that all market access activities comply with relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of market access activities, strategies, and outcomes. Prepare documentation for internal and external stakeholders as needed.
- Support: Provide support for reimbursement submissions, health technology assessments (HTAs), and payer negotiations.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Life Sciences, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in market access, health economics, or a related field preferred but not required.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) and experience with market research techniques.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
- Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
