Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Private Equity Analyst to join our team. - Due Diligence: Conduct due diligence on potential investment targets, including industry research, competitor analysis, and market trends. Compile and synthesize data to inform investment recommendations.
- Deal Execution: Support the deal execution process by preparing investment memoranda, presentation materials, and other documentation required for investment committees.
- Market Research: Perform comprehensive market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential investment opportunities.
- Portfolio Management: Monitor the performance of portfolio companies, including financial performance and operational metrics. Assist in preparing quarterly and annual reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the investment team, including organizing meetings, maintaining databases, and managing documentation.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field. CFA Level I or progress towards CFA certification is a plus.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in finance, investment banking, or a related field is preferred. Internships or relevant coursework in private equity or investment analysis are also valuable.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling. Experience with financial databases and analysis tools is a plus.
