Junior Systems Integration Analyst

Position Overview

The Junior Systems Integration Analyst will support the integration of various systems and applications to ensure seamless data flow and functionality. This role involves analyzing business requirements, troubleshooting issues, and assisting in the implementation and maintenance of integration solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, development, and implementation of system integrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for integration projects.
• Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues, ensuring timely resolution to minimize impact on business operations.
• Perform data mapping and transformation tasks to facilitate accurate and efficient data exchange between systems.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including integration specifications, test plans, and user guides.
• Participate in testing and validation of integration solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and performance standards.
• Provide support for system upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities related to integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1-2 years of experience in systems integration, software development, or a related role.
• Familiarity with integration tools and technologies (e.g., APIs, middleware, ETL).
• Basic understanding of databases and data management practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with specific integration platforms or tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica) is a plus.
• Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, SQL) and scripting.
