Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Strategy: Develop and execute the strategic vision for the Investment Banking division. Provide leadership and direction to teams across various sectors, ensuring alignment with the company's overall objectives.
- Client Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and strategic advice to clients on mergers, acquisitions, capital raising, and other financial transactions.
- Deal Execution: Oversee the execution of complex financial transactions. Collaborate with teams to structure, negotiate, and close deals while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Lead efforts to expand the firm's client base and enhance market presence through networking and relationship-building.
- Team Development: Mentor and develop junior bankers and analysts. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.
- Market Analysis: Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes. Provide thought leadership and insights to clients and internal teams.
- Risk Management: Ensure adherence to risk management protocols and best practices in all transactions and client interactions.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in investment banking.
