- Deal Sourcing: Lead the sourcing, evaluation, and execution of investment opportunities, including conducting due diligence and negotiations.
- Portfolio Management: Oversee the performance of portfolio companies, working closely with management teams to drive operational improvements and growth strategies.
- Investor Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, providing regular updates on fund performance and investment strategies.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and lead investment professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and professional development.

- 10 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or related fields.
