Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, understanding their needs and aligning HR strategies to support business objectives.
- Provide guidance on employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and investigations.
- Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- Assist in the development and execution of training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
- Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and develop solutions to improve employee retention and engagement.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, updating policies and procedures as necessary.
- Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, People Partner, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Experience with HR software and systems.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
