- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field; Master’s degree or advanced certification is highly preferred.
- 10 years of experience in data analysis, with a proven track record of leading complex analytical projects and providing strategic insights.
- Extensive experience with advanced data analysis tools, technologies, and platforms, such as SQL, Python, R, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Expert-level knowledge of statistical analysis, data modeling, and predictive analytics.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience guiding and developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to executive leadership and stakeholders.
