We are seeking an experienced Principal to join our investment firm, where you will play a critical role in sourcing, evaluating, and managing investments in early to growth-stage companies. The Principal will act as a primary decision-maker, leading deals from initial sourcing through to execution and portfolio management.

While we do not require startups to be post-revenue, we do need to see evidence of market traction at a minimum. We also work with startups that have already undergone a venture round or have generated revenue. Our founders are seasoned operators from Bain & Company and Mckinsey & Company who both founded success businesses in E-commerce and Web3.

- Identify and source investment opportunities in high-growth potential startups across various industries.
- Lead the due diligence process, including market research, financial analysis, and risk assessment.
- Structure and negotiate investment deals, working closely with legal and financial teams to ensure favorable terms.Take a hands-on approach in managing portfolio companies, providing strategic guidance and operational support.
- Monitor the performance of portfolio companies, advising on growth strategies and exit planning.
- Build and maintain relationships with entrepreneurs, co-investors, and industry leaders to enhance deal flow.

- Extensive experience in venture capital, private equity, or investment banking.
