In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the execution of capital market transactions, including equity offerings, debt financings, and mergers and acquisitions within the private equity space. You will work closely with senior team members to analyze market trends, evaluate potential investment opportunities, and execute transactions that align with our investment strategy.

- Assist in the preparation of investment memos, presentations, and other materials for internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct due diligence on potential investment targets, including market research, industry analysis, and company financials.
- Support the execution of capital market transactions, including coordinating with legal, financial, and other advisors.
- Monitor portfolio company performance and market conditions to identify opportunities for value creation and exits.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the overall investment process and portfolio management activities.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field. MBA or CFA designation is a plus.
- 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance, with a focus on capital markets transactions.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and other financial software.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts clearly and concisely.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
