Key Responsibilities
- Investment Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior management to formulate and refine the firm’s investment strategy, identifying potential sectors and markets for growth.
- Deal Sourcing: Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts, investment banks, and other deal sources to identify and source investment opportunities.
- Due Diligence: Lead the due diligence process for prospective investments, including financial analysis, market research, and operational assessments.
- Portfolio Management: Actively monitor portfolio companies, working closely with management teams to drive performance improvements and strategic initiatives.
- Fundraising: Participate in fundraising efforts, engaging with potential limited partners to articulate the firm’s investment thesis and value proposition.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Networking and Representation: Represent the firm at industry events and conferences, enhancing the firm’s visibility and reputation in the market.
- Education: MBA or equivalent advanced degree from a top-tier institution.
- Experience: 10 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or related fields, with a proven track record of successful investments and exits.
