- Candidate Screening:
- Conduct initial phone or video screenings to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and fit for the role.
- Evaluate candidate profiles and resumes to determine suitability for open positions.
- Provide detailed candidate summaries to recruiters and hiring managers to facilitate decision-making.
- Talent Pipeline Management:
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for key roles and hard-to-fill positions.

- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, social media recruiting, and direct outreach.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
