- Understand clients’ business needs and goals to provide tailored solutions and proactive advice.
- Address and resolve client issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor client accounts to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional services or products.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions and support that align with client objectives.
- Conduct regular check-ins and review meetings with clients to assess their needs and gather feedback.
- Prepare and present reports on client account status, performance, and opportunities to senior management.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide informed recommendations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in relationship management or a similar client-facing role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
