- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or related field. A Master’s degree or professional certifications (such as CBAP, PMP) are beneficial.
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in a business analysis role, with proven success in project management and process improvement.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with SQL databases and business intelligence tools. Knowledge of ERP systems or CRM platforms like SAP or Salesforce is a plus.
