- Conduct thorough compliance assessments to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry standards.
- Develop, implement, and maintain compliance programs, policies, and procedures to address regulatory changes and mitigate compliance risks.
- Monitor and review business processes and operations to identify potential compliance issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare and present detailed compliance reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management and regulatory bodies.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on compliance matters, including regulatory interpretations, policy updates, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate and lead compliance audits and investigations, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of findings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate compliance practices into business operations and strategic planning.
- Stay current with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in compliance management to drive continuous improvement.
- Develop and deliver compliance training programs to educate employees on regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Maintain detailed records of compliance activities, documentation, and reporting to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Law, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CCEP, CISA) is preferred.
- 5 years of experience in compliance analysis, regulatory compliance, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, compliance standards, and industry best practices.
- Proficiency in compliance management software, data analysis tools, and advanced Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience conveying complex compliance information to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement.
- Experience in conducting audits and investigations is a plus.
