- Minimum of 10 years of experience in diversity and inclusion, human resources, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful D&I strategies and programs.
- Strong knowledge of D&I principles, best practices, and legal requirements.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting to drive decision-making and measure the impact of D&I initiatives.
