- Strong understanding of financial systems, ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday), and financial reporting tools.
- Proven experience in managing financial systems projects, including upgrades and integrations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data accuracy and process improvement.
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in SQL, VBA, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
