- Provide strategic recommendations for portfolio adjustments, including rebalancing, diversification, and asset allocation changes, to enhance performance and mitigate risks.

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in portfolio management, investment management, or a related field, with at least 5-7 years in a senior management or portfolio management role.
- Extensive experience in managing and optimizing investment portfolios, including asset allocation, risk management, and performance analysis.
- Proficiency with portfolio management software and tools (e.g., financial modeling software, risk management systems) and advanced data analysis techniques.
- Proven track record of successful portfolio management, including achieving financial goals, managing risks, and optimizing asset performance.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to assess market conditions, identify investment opportunities, and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience presenting portfolio performance and strategic recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
