- Perform due diligence on prospective investments, including evaluating business plans, financial statements, and management teams.
- Prepare investment memos, reports, and presentations to support investment decisions and recommendations.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of portfolio companies, providing insights and recommendations for strategic growth and operational improvements.

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and due diligence processes.
- In-depth knowledge of venture capital investment strategies, including early-stage funding and startup evaluation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial and market data.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey investment ideas and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Experience with venture capital databases and investment research tools.
- Professional certification such as CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
