- 3 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience with contract management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and sourcing software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in Supply Chain Management (e.g., CPSM, APICS) is a plus.
