Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment Strategy Development: Partner with hiring managers to develop and execute effective recruitment strategies tailored to global e-commerce roles.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and industry events, to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct initial screenings and assessments to ensure candidates meet the required qualifications and cultural fit for global e-commerce positions.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all parties involved.
- Offer Management: Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations, offer letters, and onboarding preparation, to successfully close candidates.

- Sourcing Skills: Experience with various sourcing techniques and platforms, including LinkedIn, job boards, and social media.
