Job Title: Talent Analytics Specialist

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Analytics Specialist to analyze and interpret talent data to support strategic HR initiatives and enhance talent management practices. This role involves utilizing advanced analytics to provide insights into talent acquisition, development, and retention, and drive data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will have expertise in data analysis, a strong understanding of talent management, and the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze talent data from various sources, including recruitment, performance management, and employee surveys, to identify trends and insights related to talent acquisition, development, and retention.
  • Develop and maintain talent analytics dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track key metrics and provide actionable insights to HR and business leaders.
  • Collaborate with HR teams and business units to understand their talent needs and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize talent management strategies.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses to evaluate the effectiveness of talent programs, such as recruitment campaigns, training initiatives, and succession planning, and recommend improvements.
  • Design and implement analytical models and tools to forecast talent needs and assess the impact of talent management initiatives.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across talent management systems and reporting tools.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports and presentations on talent analytics findings, trends, and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in talent analytics and data management.
  • Provide guidance and support to HR and business leaders on talent analytics topics and methodologies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Data Analytics, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field (Master’s or advanced certification in talent analytics preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Talent Analytics Specialist or in a similar role, with a strong track record of analyzing talent data and providing strategic insights.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey data-driven findings to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with HR systems (e.g., HRIS, ATS) and talent management best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
