Responsibilities
- Analyze talent data from various sources, including recruitment, performance management, and employee surveys, to identify trends and insights related to talent acquisition, development, and retention.
- Develop and maintain talent analytics dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track key metrics and provide actionable insights to HR and business leaders.
- Collaborate with HR teams and business units to understand their talent needs and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize talent management strategies.
- Conduct in-depth analyses to evaluate the effectiveness of talent programs, such as recruitment campaigns, training initiatives, and succession planning, and recommend improvements.
- Design and implement analytical models and tools to forecast talent needs and assess the impact of talent management initiatives.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across talent management systems and reporting tools.
- Prepare and present detailed reports and presentations on talent analytics findings, trends, and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in talent analytics and data management.
- Provide guidance and support to HR and business leaders on talent analytics topics and methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Data Analytics, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field (Master’s or advanced certification in talent analytics preferred).
- Proven experience as a Talent Analytics Specialist or in a similar role, with a strong track record of analyzing talent data and providing strategic insights.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey data-driven findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with HR systems (e.g., HRIS, ATS) and talent management best practices.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
