- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Solid understanding of talent management practices, including performance management, employee engagement, and succession planning.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
