Telehealth Program Manager

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Telehealth Program Manager to oversee and enhance our telehealth services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare management, excellent project management skills, and a passion for leveraging technology to improve patient outcomes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the planning, implementation, and evaluation of telehealth programs, ensuring they meet the needs of our patients and comply with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Program Development: Design, develop, and implement telehealth programs and initiatives. Collaborate with healthcare professionals, IT teams, and stakeholders to ensure program objectives are met.
• Project Management: Oversee the execution of telehealth projects from initiation through completion. Develop project plans, set timelines, manage budgets, and ensure deliverables are achieved.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure telehealth services comply with all relevant regulations, including state and federal laws, and healthcare standards. Stay updated on changes in telehealth regulations and adjust programs accordingly.
• Quality Assurance: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of telehealth services. Collect and analyze data on program performance and patient satisfaction, and make recommendations for improvements.
• Training and Support: Provide training and support to healthcare providers and staff on telehealth tools and best practices. Address any issues or concerns related to the telehealth platform.
• Patient Engagement: Work to enhance patient engagement and satisfaction with telehealth services. Develop strategies to address barriers to access and ensure a positive patient experience.
• Collaboration: Partner with internal and external stakeholders, including technology vendors, to optimize telehealth solutions and address any technical or operational challenges.
• Reporting: Prepare and present reports on program performance, financials, and other relevant metrics to senior management and other stakeholders.
  
  

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare management or a related field, with at least 2 years of experience in telehealth program management.
• Skills: Strong project management skills with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in telehealth platforms and related technologies.
• Knowledge: In-depth understanding of telehealth regulations, healthcare delivery systems, and best practices. Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and other healthcare technologies.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications in project management or healthcare management (e.g., PMP, CHC) are a plus.
