Responsibilities
- Develop and implement venture capital investment strategies that align with the organization’s goals and objectives, focusing on high-growth potential startups and emerging technologies.
- Identify, source, and evaluate investment opportunities in early-stage companies, including conducting due diligence, financial analysis, and market research.
- Lead the negotiation and structuring of investment deals, including terms, valuations, and exit strategies.
- Manage and oversee the venture capital portfolio, including monitoring performance, supporting portfolio companies, and identifying opportunities for value creation.
- Build and maintain relationships with entrepreneurs, industry experts, and other venture capitalists to stay informed about market trends and investment opportunities.

- Extensive experience in sourcing, evaluating, and managing investments in early-stage companies and startups.
- Proficiency with venture capital and investment management software and tools (e.g., financial modeling software, CRM systems).
- Proven track record of successful investments, including deal structuring, portfolio management, and value creation.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to assess market opportunities and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience presenting investment proposals and performance analyses to senior executives and investment committees.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities, including experience in leading and developing high-performing investment teams.
