- Build and maintain relationships with entrepreneurs, industry experts, and other stakeholders in the startup ecosystem.
- Assist in negotiating investment terms and structuring deals that align with the company's investment strategy.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to portfolio companies, including strategic advice, introductions to potential partners or customers, and assistance with fundraising efforts.
- Monitor the performance of portfolio companies and proactively identify opportunities for value creation and risk mitigation.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform investment decisions and strategy.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field. MBA or CFA preferred.
- 3 years of experience in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, or management consulting.
- Demonstrated track record of sourcing and executing successful investment transactions.
- Strong financial analysis skills, including proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with entrepreneurs, investors, and other stakeholders.
- Proactive attitude, self-motivated, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Deep understanding of technology and startup ecosystem trends.
