- Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Monitor cash flow and manage expense reports.
- Data Management:
- Maintain and enhance the firm’s databases, including CRM and investment tracking systems.
- Ensure data integrity and security, and manage data entry and reporting processes.
- Support for Investment Team:
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of investment materials, including pitch decks and reports.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between investment professionals and portfolio companies.
- Compliance and Governance:
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Assist in the preparation of legal and compliance documents and reports.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Lead or participate in projects aimed at optimizing operations and systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
- Experience in operations management, ideally within a venture capital, private equity, or financial services firm.
- Strong understanding of venture capital operations, investment processes, and financial management.
- Proficiency with financial software, CRM systems, and office productivity tools.
