Job Description

We are looking for an ambitious, dynamic Vice President of Sales (Fractional) to spearhead our growth strategy and help scale our business to the next level. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for identifying and securing high-value enterprise clients in the financial services and blockchain sectors. You will leverage your deep experience in enterprise software sales to create new revenue streams, while working closely with our leadership team to refine and execute our sales strategy.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in closing complex, high-value software deals in fintech, capital markets, or blockchain. You’ll hit the ground running, building relationships with key decision-makers and driving business at a fractional level, all while maintaining the high standards of our results-driven culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive business development, targeting high-value enterprise clients in capital markets and blockchain, with a focus on delivering long-term strategic deals.
  • Own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closure, ensuring sustained revenue growth and expansion.
  • Leverage your network in enterprise technology and capital markets to open doors and accelerate the company’s momentum toward hypergrowth.
  • Collaborate with co-founders and product teams to ensure our solutions meet the complex needs of institutional clients.
  • Develop and implement a scalable sales strategy, ensuring our approach aligns with the company’s growth trajectory and mission to innovate on frontier technologies.

  • A sales leader with a strong background in enterprise software sales and a deep understanding of capital markets, fintech, or blockchain.
  • You have a proven history of landing big deals and building long-term relationships with C-level executives at major institutions.
  • You thrive in fractional roles, demonstrating entrepreneurial flair and the ability to drive measurable results independently.
  • A natural networker, with a well-established book of business and the ability to open new opportunities in enterprise technology.
