Key Responsibilities
- Investment Strategy: Develop and implement investment strategies aligned with the firm’s goals and market opportunities. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential investment opportunities.
- Deal Execution: Lead the execution of private equity transactions, including due diligence, financial modeling, and structuring. Oversee negotiations and collaborate with legal and financial advisors.
- Portfolio Management: Monitor and manage portfolio companies to optimize performance, working closely with management teams to drive growth initiatives and operational improvements.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with investors, limited partners, and other stakeholders. Present investment proposals and performance updates to the executive team and board members.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and manage junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Provide training and guidance in investment analysis and best practices.
- Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes affecting private equity investments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 7 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or a related field, with a proven track record of successful deal sourcing and execution.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and experience managing teams.
