Job Description :
As an M&A Advisory Specialist at Augmentjobs you will provide strategic guidance to clients on mergers acquisitions divestitures and other corporate transactions.
You will conduct market research financial modeling and due diligence along with structuring and negotiating deals. This role requires excellent communication analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in highpressure environments.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead financial analysis and modeling to support M&A transactions
Advise clients on potential targets or acquirers based on industry analysis
Oversee due diligence processes and manage risk assessments
Prepare pitch materials offering memoranda and client presentations

Education Requirements :
