Summary:
The Office Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day administrative operations of the church office while supporting the pastoral staff and providing a first point of contact for church members and visitors. Applicants should possess solid interpersonal skills, the ability to produce and edit resources and publications, and the organizational skills necessary to coordinate a shared vision with staff and volunteers.
Education/Experience:
- Three to five years of experience in an administrative position
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree in a business or related field preferred
- Some experience in nonprofit management/accounting preferred
Skills/Abilities:
- Proficiency in Microsoft and Google Suite platforms
- Understanding of facilities management
- Strong collaborative, communications, analytical and writing skills
- Knowledge and ability to efficiently use computer systems and software and to
independently attain proficiency with new technologies where necessary
- Ability to work collaboratively, make decisions under pressure and engage supportively with a wide variety of ministry partners
- Understand the needs and priorities of the faith community and support its core values
- Strong integrity, honesty and confidentiality
- Must be able to pass a background check
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Ability to walk up and down several flights of stairs

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
