We are seeking a highly motivated Operations Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a key leadership role working directly with the CEO to enhance organizational processes, develop policies and procedures, and support the growth of our programs and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Policy and Procedure Development: Create, implement, and regularly update organizational policies and procedures to ensure compliance, efficiency, and consistency.
- Operational Oversight: Collaborate with all departments to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and alignment with organizational goals.
- Strategic Support: Partner with the CEO to develop and execute strategic initiatives, monitor organizational performance, and identify opportunities for growth.
- Workflow Optimization: Assess and improve workflow processes to enhance service delivery and the employee experience.
- Team Collaboration: Act as a liaison between the CEO and staff, fostering communication, collaboration, and accountability across the organization.
- Compliance Management: Ensure adherence to state and federal regulations, accreditation standards (e.g., CARF, COMAR), and internal policies.
- Project Management: Oversee cross-departmental projects and initiatives, ensuring timely completion and quality outcomes.
- Employee Support: Develop initiatives to enhance the employee experience, including training, onboarding, and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Management, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in operations, healthcare, or leadership roles.
- Experience developing and implementing policies and procedures.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to identify challenges and create solutions.
Preferred:
- Masters degree in a relevant field (e.g., MBA, MPH, MSW) is a plus.
- Experience in a healthcare or behavioral health setting is highly desirable.
- Certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Lean Six Sigma are a bonus.
