Job Overview
We are seeking skilled and enthusiastic Bartenders & Servers to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for mixology and customer service, ensuring guests have an enjoyable experience while serving high-quality food & beverages. This role requires a blend of creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with members, taking orders, and making recommendations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar & server areas, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Handle cash register transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing tabs.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods, particularly during events or banquets.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service practices.
- Engage in ongoing training to stay updated on new drink recipes and trends in the beverage industry.
Skills
- Proficient in basic math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory management.
- Knowledge of retail math for effective stock control and sales analysis.
- Experience with POS systems for efficient order processing.
- Familiarity with food handling practices to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in brewing or knowledge of beverage preparation techniques is a plus.
- Previous experience in banquet service is advantageous but not required.
