Teaching Role:

Additionally, they will need to counsel pupils when adjustment and academic problems arise, discuss pupils' progress with parents, and work cooperatively with the total staff.
Requirements:
Applicants must hold a Bachelor's degree from a four-year accredited college or university, or one to two years of related experience and/or training. They should also possess valid certification to meet State requirements with specific endorsement in the area to which assigned. Applicants with prior teaching experience must have an acceptable rating for such teaching.

While prior teaching experience is desirable, it is not necessary. What is essential is a passion for education, a commitment to excellence, and the ability to inspire and motivate students.
