We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations within our community. This role is crucial for ensuring that all maintenance activities are conducted efficiently, safely, and in compliance with industry standards.
Duties
- Ensure optimal performance of all equipment and facilities.
- Maintain HVAC systems, ensuring they operate effectively and efficiently.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform necessary repairs.
- Manage facilities management tasks, including routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices.
- Develop maintenance schedules and prioritize tasks to minimize downtime across the community.
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in a maintenance or facilities management role.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems.
- Familiarity with HVAC systems and high voltage electrical work is essential.
