What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Personal Trainer - PRN position at Augusta Health Brand?
Position creates exercise programs that are safe, effective and fun for clients. Successful candidate will build a client base that contributes to departmental revenue and monthly goals, promotes Personal Training programs and delivers quality services to members.
Requirements:
Education:
College Degree in Exercise Science or related field preferred.
Experiences Requirements
Prior personal trainer experience preferred, but not required
License Requirements
Current Professional Personal Training Certification accredited by the NCCA. First Aid/CPR/AED certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment.
Skill Requirements
- Microsoft Office Proficient – Word|Excel|Power Point|Publisher.
- Reasoning ability and good independent judgment
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Strong communication skills.
- Must possess the ability to enthusiastically project the benefits of wellness and fitness to others
- Ability to work under stress and contribute to the team environment.
- Willingness to work different shifts, weekends, and|or holidays.
