What are the responsibilities and job description for the Device Clinic Specialist position at Augusta Health Brand?
* Participates in the management of the device clinic's equipment and supplies. * Functions as a resource regarding device/CRM issues. * Encourages other staff members to develop and expand their CRM knowledge and skills. * Participates in the department's QI processes. * Works collaboratively with other departments to solve issues related to patient care, particularly when related to CRM issues. * Educates patients and their families regarding device function and appropriate response to alarm conditions or other changes in device operation. * Complete patient documentation in a timely manner. * Helps maintain the device clinic schedule and patient database to provide optimal patient care and maximize productivity. * Works closely with department management to ensure patient satisfaction is as high as possible as well as financial success.
Requirements: • Associate's Degree Preferred: • IBHRE certification
