What are the responsibilities and job description for the Home Health - PHYSICAL THERAPIST - PRN position at Augusta Health Brand?
Augusta Health is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to join the Augusta Health team that is making a difference in the lives of our patients in the Shenandoah Valley by providing quality in-home care.
The Physical Therapist for Home Health will assess and implement plan of care needs to patients in a home setting and provide treatments to patients and evaluates progress as well as assist in the instruction of additional physical therapy personnel, students, home health aides, and volunteers. The individual must demonstrate the ability to interact with team members for an interdisciplinary team approach. Patient care is provided across the life span; therefore, clinicians will interpret data and assess patient’s needs relative to age specificity standards. This role reports to the Clinical Coordinator of Home Health.
Experience Desired
- One year of clinical experience is preferred
- Home Health experience preferred
License Requirements
- Current or eligible for licensure in the State of Virginia.
- Valid Virginia drivers license required
