Augusta Health home health has a rewarding opportunity to join our team. This is a dynamic position working directly with an interdisciplinary team in the homecare setting. Candidates must be organized, able to teach, and be willing to travel from patient to patient.
This RN role must have strong communication with other interdisciplinary team members and family members to be successful. Must have strong critical thinking skills. Excellent orientation provided with support from supervisory team.
- Care for ONE PATIENT AT A TIME.

- Hours and days can be flexible. Minimal weekend and holiday rotations.

Our home health nurses work independently using a wide variety of nursing skills in the Augusta County Service area. Work as a member of a strong interdisciplinary team. We offer a robust orientation plan. On the job training will be provided. No Home Health experience necessary.
Our Non-Exempt Home Health nurses work primarily Monday-Friday, 0-0 with a limited weekend commitment. We have a limited holiday commitment. Our mileage reimbursement is based on the federal rates. We are partnered with a triage company to ensure our nurses do not have a call requirement. Staff safety is a top priority. We have a reasonable daily productivity standard that helps to promote a work-life balance.
