What are the responsibilities and job description for the Patient Care Technician Trainee position at Augusta Health?
The Patient Care Technician Trainee will learn and gain the required clinical and customer service skills and knowledge to be successful in providing care as a certified nursing assistant. As the Patient Care Technician, one will provide direct patient care under the direction of the Registered or Licensed Practical Nurse by assisting with activities of daily patient care, vital signs, serve meals, make beds and overall cleanliness of patient room, observe for changes in patient condition/behavior and ensuring patient safety.
This is a 4 week on-the-job paid Patient Care Technician training program and will begin in May 2025.
A sign-on bonus of $3,000.00 is available for qualified applicants.
