This role leads our entire operations, including:

 Working in the field

 Driving sales

 Managing field teams

 Delivering exceptional customer service

You will work alongside your team, develop their skills and grow the business to generate profit.

You'll report to the owner and be responsible for our company's success.

Key Responsibilities:

 Manage daily operations including administrative tasks, sales and field work

 Expect to work 20-30 hours per week in the field mowing and cleaning up yards

 Hire, lead and develop field service teams

 Create and sell service estimates

 Use technology to optimize routing and scheduling

 Track and improve key metrics

 Make the business profitable

What We Offer:

 Salary of $50000-$55000 based on experience

 Bonus for Revenue Growth and Aggressive Profit Sharing %

 Leader - Have experience as a manager, foreman, or team lead

 Technician - Have expert-level expertise in lawn care and maintenance

 Teammate - Be able and willing to perform as a Lawn Care Specialist as you train the team and build a customer base

 Student - Be focused on personal growth

 Problem Solver- Ability to identify problems and find solutions

 Dispatcher – Be able to identify the most efficient and impactful order of completion of tasks for scheduling and logistics

 Mentor – Lead by example and have an emotional understanding of your team’s need

 Lean Thinker – We do less with more at Augusta, allowing us to provide quality at competitive pricing

 Auditor – A focus on quality with an ownership of mistakes and a drive to prevent

them

 Concierge – You excel in providing and leading others to provide exceptional levels of customer service

What must you have?

 Ability to lift 75 lbs and work flexible hours, including seasonal on-call for nights and weekends during adverse weather events

 A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record must be able to pass a criminal background check by state and federal laws.

 Willingness to Take and Pass a Drug Test

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
