Join our growing Team! Our Pay-for-Performance system is great for high achievers. The harder and smarter you work, the more money you can make. You will have a base pay of $18/hr PLUS the opportunity to earn more each day! Average pay for first year Team members is $22-24/hr.
We are looking for hard-working landscape and lawn care Team members that want to grow with our company and show up to work every day with a purpose. As a part of the Augusta Team you will feel a part of something bigger than just mowing grass... we are on a mission to create a Team of professionals and change the landscape industry.
We have franchised our business and now have 170 locations nationwide. Within 3 years of starting employment, most of our Team members become business owners or managers within the company. Our goal is to develop our talent and skills as professionals.
Responsibilities
- Perform lawn care maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, and trimming
- Operate and maintain various types of lawn care equipment and machinery
- Perform general grounds keeping duties such as raking leaves and cleaning walkways
- Work with landscaping materials for installation, such as pine straw, mulch, and river rock
Qualifications:
- Team Player
- Reliable Transportation, Valid Driver’s License, Smartphone
- Able to Pass Background Check and Drug Test
- Clean Driving Record
- Ability to operate and maintain mechanical equipment used in lawn care
- Familiarity with hand tools used for digging, planting, and maintenance tasks
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks in various weather conditions
- Previous experience in lawn care or grounds keeping required
