Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership of Field Crew: Lead, motivate, and manage the field crew to ensure quality work and customer satisfaction.
• Scheduling & Dispatch: Manage and dispatch jobs, ensuring timely completion and optimal resource allocation.
• Tracking & Monitoring: Oversee employee clock ins/outs and manage daily crew notes from routes.
• Invoicing: Handle invoicing for completed jobs, ensuring all work is properly documented.
• Sales & Business Growth: Sales is a major component of this role! Use sales strategies to acquire new clients and upsell services to existing customers.
• Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high-quality standards for all work completed by field crews.
• Equipment Maintenance: Perform weekly checks on company equipment to ensure it’s in top condition.
• Customer Follow-ups: Call customers for follow-up on estimates to convert them into booked jobs.
• Team Development: Hire, onboard, and train new employees as needed.
• Continuous Improvement: Participate in daily coaching masterminds with the founder of Augusta Lawn Care to enhance skills and knowledge.

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
