We have franchised our business now and have over 150 locations nationwide; including Australia and Canada. Within three years of starting employment, most of our Team Members become business owners or managers within the company. Our goal is to develop our talent and skills as professionals.
Duties
- Perform regular lawn care tasks, including mowing, edging, and fertilizing to ensure healthy growth.
- Maintain landscapes by performing tree trimming, pruning, and general upkeep of plants.
- Operate power tools and equipment safely and effectively for various landscaping tasks.
- Assist with hardscape installation and maintenance, ensuring aesthetics and functionality.
- Communicate with clients regarding their lawn care needs and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Able to work independently
Skills
- Proficient in lawn care techniques, including mowing, fertilization, and pest management.
- Experience with tree care practices such as trimming and maintenance.
- Familiarity with operating power tools safely in a landscaping environment.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality work standards are met.
- Excellent communication skills for client interaction and service delivery.
- A valid driver's license is required for transportation between job sites.

Pay: $14.94 - $15.44 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 50 per week
