Lawn Care Lead Tech

Onboarding will start in February and full time hours will start the 1st week of March! Looking for an individual that doesnt mind getting dirty and wants to work with a group of outstanding people!

You will be completing general lawn maintenance tasks including mowing, cleaning flower beds, and installing christmas lights. You will be hot, sweaty, dirty, tired, and on your feet for the majority of the day. Most team members walk 15-20 miles a day on an average shift! This position will require you to keep a fast pace of work all day. Your heart rate will be elevated and you will be doing strenuous activities the majority of the day.

Your work schedule is Monday-Friday 7:15am to 5pm. Saturdays may be needed in the case of bad weather. It is very rare we actually work a saturday.

Attendance is very important. We can work around your schedule but we require you to be on time every day and be dependable.

We pay based on performance. Doing the bare minimum is not something we do at our company. Base pay is $15/ hour. High Performers can expect to make anywhere from $18-25/ hour based on the amount of bonuses you make during the day. You get paid based on the number of houses you are able to complete during the day. You set your paycheck based on how hard you work.

We currently have 2 locations that need staffed. It would be ideal if you are ok to travel back and forth from Moore and Norman during the week.

This will not be a dead end job, unless you make it that way. We are currently looking to promote from within for a General Manager role within the next year or 2.

Must have valid drivers license, reliable form of transportation, and a working cellphone with data.

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• No nights
