The Ideal Candidate Will Embody the Following:
Position: Lawn Care and Landscaping Specialist
Compensation: $15 per hour plus bonuses, Profit Sharing, and Perfect Attendance Bonuses. You get paid based on how many houses you can complete during your shift. High performers can make anywhere between $18-25/ hour. Low performers can expect the base of $15/ hour.

Requirements:
--Team Player
--Reliable Transportation, Valid Drivers License, Smartphone
--Able to Pass Background Check and Drug Test
--Clean Driving Record
--Capable of Hard/Outdoor Physical Labor in Heat and Cold
--Able to Lift 50-100 pounds Without Assistance
--1 Year of Landscape/Mowing Experience at a Company (Preferred)
We work Monday - Friday 7:15-5pm. Saturdays will be required as needed if we get bad weather or other delays in the schedule.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
