What are the responsibilities and job description for the Crew Member position at Augusta Lawn Care Services?
Looking for crew members to perform general lawn and landscape maintenance tasks. Mostly push mowing, weedeating, edging, installing mulch, trimming shrubs, ect.
Looking for hardworking and reliable team members wanting to work for a company that cares.
Requirements:
1.) Valid Drivers License
2.) Cellphone with data
3.) Reliable form of transportation to and from work.
4.) Able to be consistently reliable and work an entire days shift
This position would be perfect for someone that:
1.) Loves working outside
2.) Wants to push themselves
3.) Wants to be around A players
4.) Is tired of working dead end jobs
This work will be very physically exhausting. You will be in the heat and elements all day. This will not be a position you can just sit back and collect a paycheck. You are paid based on your performance, so working hard will allow you to earn higher bonuses. Base pay is $15/ hour. High performers can make anywhere between $18-25/ hour.
Our workday consists of starting at 7:15 am until 5 pm.
We can teach someone how to mow lawns or do landscaping, however, we cannot teach someone how to be a good person, want to work hard, be honest, be dependable, and be an overall good human. We are looking for people that fit this description!
