Position: Landscaping and Lawn Care Supervisor
Compensation: $16 per hour plus bonuses. Paid weekly every Friday. P4P bonus weekly. $20-$24 per hour average.
We are looking for hard-working landscape and lawn care supervisor that wants to grow with our company. This position will eventually be promoted to General Manager as we are growing rapidly.
Join our growing Team! Our Pay-for-Performance system is great for high achievers as we also pay 33% of the labor revenue to our team. The harder and smarter you work, the more money you can make. You will have a base pay of $16/hr PLUS the opportunity to earn more each day! Average pay for first year Team members is $20-$24/hr.
We are looking for hard-working landscape and lawn care Team members that want to grow with our company and show up to work everyday with a purpose. As a part of the Augusta Team you will feel apart of something bigger than just mowing grass... we are on a mission to create a Team of professionals and change the landscape industry.
We have franchised our business and now have 160 locations worldwide. Within 2-3 years of starting employment, most of our Team members become business owners or managers within the company. Our goal is to develop our talent and skills as professionals.
Requirements:
--Team Player
--On time everyday
--Reliable Transportation, Valid Drivers License, Smartphone
--Able to Pass Background Check
--Clean Driving Record
--Capable of Hard/Outdoor Physical Labor
--1 Year of relative experience at a Company (Preferred)
Starting Wage: $16 per Hour Plus Bonuses Based on Performance and Benefits

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
