AVERAGE PAY for first-year Team members is $20-26/hr.* The harder and smarter you work, the more money you make. You will have a base Hourly Rate of $18* per hour PLUS the opportunity to earn more each day based on production performance!
We are growing quickly and are looking for 6 highly motivated people to join our team for the 2025 season. For the best of the best, we prefer to promote from within for management positions ($65,000 average with additional benefits). This is the perfect team for someone with a growth mindset, looking to learn and gain the skills needed to move into a management position!

Requirements:

Starting wage: $18 per hour plus bonuses
