Duties
- Greet customers at the front desk and assist them with inquiries regarding rental options.
- Maintain an organized and efficient front desk operation to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Utilize retail math to calculate rental costs and provide accurate quotes to customers.
- Market available rental products through various channels to attract potential clients.
- Manage inventory control by tracking rental items, ensuring availability, and coordinating returns.
- Assist in outside duties - Objects weighing 35-50lbs lifted regularly.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or retail environments is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain accurate records and manage inventory effectively.
- Excellent public speaking skills and comfort in engaging with diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with retail math concepts for pricing and inventory management is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
